Gears Esports, the esports initiative from PGL and The Coalition, has announced the 2 subsequent Majors of its competitive season: the Mexico Metropolis Major and the Texas Major.
Each Main competitions will happen in the primary half of 2020.
The Gears of Conflict aggressive calendar for the 2019-2020 season is break up into 4 quarters: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Every quarter ends with a major international event, culminating on the planet Championship in July 2020.
The Fall quarter got here to a close recently, with Workforce Reciprocity coming from behind to win the San Diego Major and a third of the tournament’s $240,000 (£182,467.87) prize pool. The Mexico City Major will mark the top of the Winter quarter. Will be held at the World Commerce Center Mexico Metropolis on March 6-8th. The Texas Main will happen on the Esports Stadium Arlington on Could 8-tenth - rounding off the Spring Quarter.

Esports Insider says: With all three Majors this season set to happen in North America, the main focus market for Gears of Warfare developer The Coalition is clear. The vacation spot of the Texas Main also gives one other validation for the creation of the Esports Stadium Arlington, which cost a hefty $10 million (£7.89m) to build.
